• With our Principal Contracting knowledge, we can undertake a wide range of external and internal refurbishment contracts incorporating masonry cleaning, repair and adaptions, these works will be completed together with associated trades such as scaffolding, decorations, roofing and joinery repairs. CITRINO Stonework & Restoration Ltd will liaise with the council licensing officers to obtain relevant permissions to enable bay suspensions and scaffolding to be permitted to area of works as requested.

• It is imperative to select the most appropriate cleaning method suited to a particular facade which is dependent upon many factors such as the construction materials, the degree or nature of the soiling and the extent of deterioration.

• will undertake cleaning to the facade of buildings using techniques and materials that comply with current Health & Safety legislation & conform to BS 8221-1:2009. The Code of Practice for Cleaning & Surface Repair of Buildings.

• CITRINO frequently restore a wide variety of facades consisting of stone, brick, stucco, faience and terracotta working alongside English Heritage and Conservation Officers. The repair methodology completed will be dependent on the extent of deterioration to the façade and will generally be completed either by replacing the stone / brick work or by undertaking an in-situ mortar repair.
